Keep your receipt!
To protect our customers' personal information such as credit card data, address, phone number, and email address, we do not keep your personal information in our database. For this reason, you must keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You can print the invoice from our web site on the final page of the order. We are not able to provide replacement invoices should yours become lost. All returns must include a copy of the invoice. We cannot warranty any item if you do not have your original invoice. Your receipt is your warranty.
Our product warranties cover product defects and failures. It does not cover normal wear on maintenance items such as filters, gaskets, and bulbs.
In the rare case that an item should fail, please contact our customer service at 337-264-1441 and have your original invoice ready. We will then provide a return authorization number and prepaid return shipping label. All returns must include a return authorization number. Returns that do not include a return authorization will not be accepted. Upon return of a defective item, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. A defective item can only be exchanged for the exact same item. No refunds will be issued on defective returns.
If you should receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service at 337-264-1441. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item and ship the correct item at no charge. Please have your order number, VIN, and the actual part received when calling.
Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you find an item arrived damaged, please keep the boxes and all packing materials and call our customer service at 337-264-1441 within 3 business days of receipt. Please DO NOT file a shipping carrier claim yourself, as this will delay the claim process up to six weeks. We will file all shipping claims for our customers and send replacement parts out within 5 business days.
REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE
If you should decide that you do not want an item and it is still in brand new condition, you may return it to us within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please call us first for a return authorization number. All returns must include a return authorization number. Returns that do not include a return authorization will not be accepted. Upon receipt we will refund the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The item must be returned in unused condition and include the undamaged original item box inside the original shipping box. Used or installed items can only be exchanged for the same part. Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
After 60 days, we can not issue any refunds. Refunds will not be issued on used or installed items. Electrical parts can not be returned. Non-stocked items, special order items and custom made items such as dash covers or carpet sets can not be returned.
Our full length warranty is valid for items purchased on or through PartsPros.com only. PartsPros.com does offer promotional, overstocked, discontinued, and sale items on eBay and Amazon, however items sold through eBay or Amazon will have a 90-day warranty. All other terms as stated will apply to purchases from PartsPros made through eBay or Amazon.
All products purchased through PartsPros.com from PartsPros, Inc. are covered with a limited liability warranty. This warranty covers the product up to the purchase price only. By purchasing an item from PartsPros, Inc. the customer acknowledges and accepts that PartsPros, Inc. can not and will not be held liable for labor charges and/or any other expenses incurred from the use of, installation of, and/or failure of any part, and that the liability of PartsPros, Inc. shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item(s). This warranty is good for the original purchaser only and will not transfer when ownership of the vehicle changes. This warranty will cover replacement of the item only. Refunds will not be issued on defective items. Warranty is limited to one replacement. We reserve the right to void a warranty if neglect, abuse, or improper installation is evident or caused the product failure.
