All of our orders ship Monday through Friday (sorry, no shipping on weekends and holidays!). Most orders placed before 2PM CST will leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 2PM CST will usually ship out the next business day.
Free Ground Shipping! Our customers within the lower 48 States will receive free ground shipping on every order regardless of size. The majority of our products ship via either UPS Ground or USPS First Class mail. Utilizing our multi-warehouse advantage, this option gets over 90% of our shipments into the customer's hands within 4 business days. Some items do vary, so please see the item description for more details regarding delivery time.
Expedited Shipping! Please note that not all items are eligible for air shipping. If you need your order even faster, please give us a call and one of our ASE certified customer service reps will be glad to review your expedited shipping options with you and provide a shipping quote.
Please remember that UPS is unable to deliver to a Post Office Box. If you require your order be shipped to a PO Box, please contact Customer Service to verify that your order is eligible for USPS shipping. Shipping to a PO Box for a non-stock item will delay your order an additional 5-7 business days. Any item weighing over 3 lbs. will ship via UPS and is not eligible for USPS shipping.
Additional charges will apply when an order is placed shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We only offer ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping prices vary with size and weight, and will be calculated in checkout. Shipping times range from 5-12 business days, and oversized or special order items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Expedited and express shipping options are also not available when shipping to AK or HI.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to APO or FPO boxes. We are also unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other non-state US territory.

PartsPros’ retail store, corporate office and customer service call center are located in Lafayette, Louisiana. We also have multiple shipping warehouses in Arizona, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Texas. In stock items are available for local pickup at our retail location in Louisiana. Contact us ahead of travelling to our retail location to confirm your order is available for local pickup.
On rare occasion, human error may cause an item that is out of stock to be displayed as in stock. When this happens, we do everything possible to still fill your order in a timely manner. Usually, we are able to have the manufacturer ship your order directly to you to prevent delays in shipping time. Other times, we may have to have the part shipped to our main offices, where we will turn around and ship it to you. This usually only causes a 3-4 business day delay in shipping.
