All of our carpets and floor mats are made right here in the USA. Every carpet set is custom made for the customer after the order is placed, and is heat molded to a factory floor pan for a perfect fit and easy installation. All carpets include a heavy 36 ounce jute padding and original style heel pads. Carpet materials available include Nylon, Cut Pile, and 80/20 Loop. For Corvette owners, we offer original TruVette material used from the mid 1990s to present. TruVette is available in 9 original Corvette colors.

Our floor mats are die cut or molded to an original floor pan, just like our carpets. Our mats are available in the same high quality materials as our carpets. We do not sell generic floor mats like your local part store. We only sell application specific floor mats to fit your vehicle exactly like the original mats. All of our floor mats also feature a Griplock, non-skid backing.

80/20 Loop Features & Color Samples

• Designed to match carpets used in most domestic vehicles from the 50s through 1973
• 80/20 can be ordered for 1974 and later vehicles
• Only carpet in the industry tufted from 80% rayon and 20% nylon
• Tufted to a 5/32 gauge loop contains 24 ounces of yarn per square yard
• Dyed using the finest dyes available and tested for ozone humidity fading and light fastness
• Can be rubber latex or polyethylene backed

Cutpile Features & Color Samples

• Similar to what is found in most domestic vehicles since 1974
• Can be ordered for just about any model vehicle
• Constructed from 100% first quality Dupont yarn
• Tufted on a 1/8 gauge machine with 14 ounces of yarn per square yard
• Dyed using the finest dyes available and tested for ozone humidity fading and light fastness
• Can be rubber latex or polyethylene backed

Nylon Loop Features & Color Samples

• Constructed from first quality DuPont 1850 filament yarn
• Tufted on a 5/32 loop machine
• Dyed using the finest dyes available and tested for ozone humidity fading and light fastness

TruVette Features & Color Samples

• OEM material on late C4, C5, and C6 Corvettes
• The most plush carpet available
• 100% solution dyed nylon
• Tufted on a 1/10 gauge machine, which gives it the plush look & feel
• Contains 14 ounces of material per square yard
• Can be heavy rubber latex or polyethylene backed
